Unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or refund for coffee as it is a food grade product that is roasted to order. If you are unsure about which coffee to choose to suit your requirements then please get in touch with us at callum@fiveringscoffee.co.uk.

Non-Returnable 

For reasons of hygiene and public health, refunds/exchanges are not available for used products (this does not apply to faulty, damaged or incorrect goods – these will be exchanged like for like).
